Introduction

Selfie Paint Kits LLC is committed to helping customers create personalized paint-by-number artwork with little to no painting experience. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Our Services

Selfie Paint Kits LLC allows customers to upload an image that is transformed into a custom paint-by-numbers canvas kit. Our services include digital artwork creation, revisions, production, assembly, packaging, and shipping of the final paint kit.

Custom Artwork & Approval Process

Each paint kit is custom made from the photo submitted by the customer. Before production begins, customers will receive an approval email allowing them to review their artwork and request revisions.

Customers may request as many changes as necessary to ensure the artwork meets their satisfaction prior to approval.

If we do not receive an approval response within 48 hours of sending the approval email, the artwork will be automatically approved and production will continue in order to prevent further delays.

Once artwork is approved, either manually by the customer or automatically after 48 hours, the order is considered final.

Order Holds & Customer Response Requirements

In certain situations, Selfie Paint Kits LLC may be unable to continue processing an order until the customer provides additional information, confirmation, or updated materials. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading an image that does not meet our image requirements
• Failing to upload an image
• Requesting an image change after an order has been placed
• Requesting a product upgrade or order modification
• Responding to an artwork, production, or fulfillment issue that requires customer input
• Any other circumstance that requires us to place an order on hold while awaiting a customer response

When an order is placed on hold, Selfie Paint Kits LLC will attempt to contact the customer using the email address provided with the order. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and respond to communications regarding their order.

If we do not receive the required response, confirmation, updated image, or requested information within thirty (30) days of our most recent communication regarding the issue, Selfie Paint Kits LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and close the project.

Orders canceled under this policy may not be eligible for a refund if custom artwork, design work, administrative work, or other order processing has already been performed.

In many cases, Selfie Paint Kits LLC may retain portions of the customer's order information, artwork files, and project data after cancellation. If the customer chooses to place a new order in the future, we may be able to resume work from a previously completed stage; however, we do not guarantee the availability, retention, or recovery of any prior order data.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly custom nature of our paint kits, all sales are final once artwork has been approved, either by the customer or through our automatic approval process.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason after approval, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final artwork, painting results, order delays caused by lack of approval response, or change of mind.

Orders may be cancelled only before artwork approval. Once artwork is approved, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Orders that remain on hold due to a lack of customer response may be canceled by Selfie Paint Kits LLC in accordance with the Order Holds & Customer Response Requirements section of these Terms of Service.

Replacement Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with the outcome of their painting experience, Selfie Paint Kits LLC may offer a replacement paint kit using the approved artwork. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction related to painting results.

Delivery Delays

If artwork approval is not received within 24 hours of the approval email being sent, Selfie Paint Kits LLC is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from delayed approval.

Content Submission & Rights

By submitting any content to Selfie Paint Kits LLC, you:

Retain all copyright to your submitted content
Grant Selfie Paint Kits LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for marketing or promotional purposes
Acknowledge that your uploaded content may be edited or adapted to meet print, quality, or production requirements
Agree that no compensation will be provided for such use

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have legal rights to the content submitted
The content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws
The content does not contain harmful, explicit, or objectionable material

Company Rights

Selfie Paint Kits LLC reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any submitted content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. All submitted content is reviewed before being converted into a paint kit.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the website, brand, artwork, product designs, templates, packaging, systems, tools, and services are the exclusive property of Selfie Paint Kits LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, Selfie Paint Kits LLC is not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party carriers. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible. Customers may be required to contact the carrier directly regarding claims.

SMS/MMS Marketing Program

By opting into our SMS/MMS program, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages, including cart reminders and promotional updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out instructions include replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. For help, reply HELP or email support@selfiepaintkits.com.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or products will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class actions and representative claims are not permitted. Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
