Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly custom nature of our paint kits, all Selfie Paint Kits are created specifically from your submitted photo and finalized only after artwork approval.

Artwork Approval and Auto Approval Policy

Before production begins, you will receive an approval email allowing you to review your artwork and request changes. You may request as many revisions as necessary to ensure your artwork meets your satisfaction prior to approval.

If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of sending the approval email, your order will be automatically approved and production will continue in order to prevent further delays. Our order confirmation emails contain information to help ensure approval emails are received; however, Selfie Paint Kits LLC is not responsible for emails that are filtered into spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders.

Once your order has been approved, either by you directly or through our automatic approval process, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Order Holds and Customer Response Policy

In certain situations, we may be unable to continue processing an order until we receive additional information, confirmation, approval, or updated materials from the customer. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading an image that does not meet our image requirements

• Failing to upload an image

• Requesting an image change after an order has been placed

• Requesting a product upgrade or modification

• Responding to artwork, production, or fulfillment issues that require customer input

• Any other circumstance that requires us to place an order on hold while awaiting a customer response

When an order is placed on hold, we will attempt to contact you using the email address provided with your order. It is your responsibility to monitor and respond to communications regarding your order.

If we do not receive the required response, confirmation, updated image, approval, or requested information within thirty (30) days of our most recent communication regarding the issue, Selfie Paint Kits LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and close the project.

Orders canceled after thirty (30) days of no customer response are not eligible for a refund if any custom artwork, design work, administrative work, order preparation, or other order processing has been performed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that substantial custom work may be completed prior to final artwork approval and that such work has value even if the order cannot be completed due to a lack of customer response.

We may retain portions of your order information, artwork files, and project data after cancellation. If you choose to place a new order in the future, we may be able to resume work from a previously completed stage; however, we do not guarantee the availability, retention, or recovery of any prior order data.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been approved, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final artwork, painting results, delayed delivery due to lack of approval response, or a change of mind.

Because each paint kit is custom made and cannot be resold, refunds are not available after approval.

Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your painting efforts, we are happy to offer a replacement paint kit so you can try again using the same approved artwork. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction related to painting results after the paint kit has been completed.

Delivery Delays

If an order is not approved within 24 hours of the approval email being sent, we are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from the delayed approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only prior to artwork approval. Once an order has been approved, either manually by the customer or automatically after 48 hours, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Orders that remain on hold due to a lack of customer response may be cancelled by Selfie Paint Kits LLC in accordance with the Order Holds and Customer Response Policy outlined above.
